Kingdom of Myri Byrd Land and Bir Tawil

If a territory is unclaimed and does not fall under jurisdiction of any country then can if be claimed in the name of a King under international law of Terra Nullius.

If so then we would like to claim the unclaimed territories of Marie Byrd Land in Antarctica as well as Bir Tawil in Africa in the name of King Shahzad.

We would like all territorial rights be transferred to King Shahzad.

If this is granted The Kingdom of Marie Byrd Land and Bir Tawil will want peace and would want to have good relations with all countries in the world and follow all the rules and regulation of UN.
